COVID-19 PolIcy: If you are showing any symptoms or have been around anyone sick PLEASE CANCEL. If you come to your appointment and are showing signs of being sick you will be asked to leave. A MASK COVERING MOUTH AND NOSE ARE REQUIRED. Please wash your hand upon arrival inside of the suite

 

Deposit policy - 

$12 DEPOSIT REQUIRED FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS ($10 WILL GO TOWARDS SERVICES & THERE IS A $2 PROCESSING FEE) 

REMAINING BALANCE for services is DUE IN CASH AT YOUR APPOINTMENT. 

  • DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE 

 

Cancellation & Late policy - 

LATE FEE Of $10 will be charged after 5 minutes. Mandatory CANCELLATION after 10 minutes

Appointment cancellations must be done at least 24 hours prior to your appointment via phone or email 

TRAINING CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING WILL RESULT IN DEPOSIT LOSS & FULL CHARGE

  • NO EXTRA PEOPLE OR CHILDREN 

  • NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE FULL SERVICE THEY BOOKED & TIME SLOT MISSED

  • IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT ATLEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR YOU WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL FOR YOUR SERVICE 

  • NO REFUNDS

Shipping Policies

 

Please allow 2-5 business days  ( excluding all holidays ) for your order to be processed & shipped. We make the effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

 

Personalized/Customized orders can take 3-7 business days ( excluding holidays ) for processing and shipping because they are made to order.

Please review & ensure you enter all shipping information properly. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address or information you provide. If a order is returned due to incorrect information you will receive a refund. ( excluding shipping fees ) 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

 

No Refunds or returns

 

If a item appears to be defective or damaged they are subject for exchanges only.

Please note that by booking an appointment with me you are accepting the terms and conditions of my booking policy's. 
I agree to be on time to my appointment & aware that late fees will be applied after 5 minutes. Direct cancellation after 10 minutes. DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE
I understand by doing a no call no show forfeits a deposit if paid & that Glam Flow Luxury will charge me in full for the service I booked & time slot I missed. Last minute cancellations after 24 hours result in 100% service charge. TRAINING CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING WILL RESULT IN DEPOSIT LOSS & FULL CHARGE
I am fully aware that without proper care & upkeep my extensions will not get full retention.
I give Glam Flow Luxury full rights to record or take photos of me. For advertising, education purposes etc.

I understand I am being serviced by a self taught lash tech that isn't licensed. I agree to take care and clean my lashes done by Deijah.

I understand there are risks affiliated with getting lash extensions applied X removed
which are eye irritation, discomfort, infection, eye pain when not taken care of properly.
I agree to defend & protect Glam Flow Luxury from any and all expenses, actions, liabilities, & claims including attorney's fees which might be held accountable against her as a result of having any services done. 

If I experience ANY eye irritation, swelling/puffiness, itching, or an allergic reaction/effects as a result from being serviced I will contact a doctor as soon as possible.
